At Your Appointment:
If this is your first visit, I like to take the time to get to know you: your background, your health history, and your goals.
You will then lie down on the most comfortable table ever, complete with a heated mattress pad underneath, and then you will have your acupuncture treatment. It will feel like the best nap in the world!
Ideally, it’s best to wear loose clothing, but no worries if you’re coming straight from work.
How Long Does an Appointment Last?
The first appointment is about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Follow up appointments will be around 45/ 50 minutes.
How Many Treatments Will I Need?
Most fertility treatments need to be weekly for at least 3 or 4 months. This is especially true if you doing an IVF procedure. However, many women who are trying naturally find that they get pregnant in a month or two!
Sometimes,a little patience, and perhaps incorporating other modes of healing; like gentle yoga, or dietary changes, can also help.

Insurance
If you have any out of network insurance coverage, I will accept that and I will file the claim for you. AETNA and United Health Care usually have very good coverage.
BCBS often has coverage, especially if you are a teacher in CT

Single sessions vs packages
Single sessions are available to you at any time. Cost is $150 for the initial session, $125 for any follow up sessions.
We also offer infertility acupuncture packages for our clients, because we know that best results often happen with multiple treatments. Purchase the package and save on the overall price.
Infertility package: 6 sessions for $600 ($100/session, save $25/session when you purchase the package)
